Unhappy Failure to load.... HELP!

For years I have been logging on using EQ2MAP updater. I get all the maps and I am happy. Until recently, when I could not get past the final "Loading Entity ......" what have you. It gets to 3% then freezes up. A message block appears saying that EQ2 Client has stopped. I tried every which way to log on and failed in each attempt. Finally I bit the bullit and contacted Sony. I was told they don't support EQ2MAP and that they updated their Station Launch. Gr8. I can now play the game, I thought. NOPE! NADA! I don't have maps of any of their DUNGEONS (StormHold, Black Burrow, etc etc etc....) Help! There must be someway I can log on and have all these maps on my game?? Has anyone had this problem? Can anyone help me out? I truly would appreciate it. Thanx heaps.

Lukas

What exactly did you do? If you just downloaded a new launchpad from SOE, then all you have to do is point EQ2MAP to that install (click options in the EQ2MAP updater) and it will put the maps there.
