Just wondering.....

Is it possible to perform functions inside the .xml or even a macro for that matter?

for example (I am a total newb to this stuff so please forgive if it shows );

You press hot bar 1 key 1.
Then through a series of "if then" statements the party member with the lowest health is selected.
After the lowest party member is selected the preset heal based on % health is cast. 90%+ = no heal, 80%-90% = Healspell1 etc

I realize this may be considered botting. It is not my goal to make a uber afk leveling bot.

The reason for the question comes from WoW. In wow you can make just about anything you want do anything you want. There is a mod for that game called Group Buttons (Discord Mods ). It is hands down the best idea for healers and casters in general I have ever seen... Not to mention this guy made a UIBuilder type mod you can use in game.

I just like to tinker with UI stuff so I hope no one takes this the wrong way.
