modifying the setting of the 4 video buttons

How can I modify the setting of the 4 presets in Fetish UI for Performance, raid mode and so on.
I want the best setting to reflect my custom settings I always use. It is a pain to go in after raiding and have to go and set all my custom settings back up. I like to be able to just click on the performance button and get my custom settings back
