Withered Lands
A jewelry table has been added to the Withered Lands crafting cave.


ABILITIES / ALTERNATE ADVANCEMENT
Inquisitor
Fanatic's Inspiration now has two triggers.
Fanatic's Fervor now has a 3% trigger chance per rank when casting Fanatic's Inspiration.
Heretic's Demise now has a 15% trigger chance per rank.
Potent Protector now has a 12 to 1 conversion ratio.

Templar
Seraph's Restoration now has two triggers.
Divine Fate now lasts three times as long.
Healing Fate now lasts three times as long.
Seraph's Alacrity now resets True Faith. The chance has been reduced to 2% per rank.
Enhance: Healing Fate now correctly applies to Divine Fate.
Radiance now properly triggers Seraph's Alacrity when Seraph's Alacrity is at rank 2.
Divine Repentance also modifies Mark of Nobility to increase the target's strikethrough by 4% per rank and also reduce the target's threat generation by 4% per rank if they are not a fighter.Repent's reuse can only be cleared once every five seconds. It now also has a 15% per rank to reset.
Potent Protector now has a 12 to 1 conversion ratio.
Quick Invoker is now Critical Invoker and converts Crit Bonus to Potency at a 12 to 1 ratio.

Fury
Feast now lasts three times as long.
Potent Restorer now has a 12 to 1 conversion ratio.
Armored Vines grants less mitigation.
Raging Whirlwind's initial damage has been increased.
Storm Call now triggers when Raging Whirlwind is cast. The chance is now 12.5% per rank.
Alacrity Mastery is now Critical Mastery and converts Crit Bonus to Potency at a 12 to 1 ratio.
Stormbringer's Detonation has had its damage drastically reduced.

Warden
Potent Restorer now has a 12 to 1 conversion ratio.
Luck of the Wild now increases trigger chance by 12% per rank, rather than 15%.
Blinding Sands now has a 20% trigger chance and a 9 second duration. Hidden Strikes is also a 9 second duration.

Defiler
Potent Medium now has a 10 to 1 conversion ratio.
Quick Channeling is now Critical Channeling and convets Crit Bonus to Potency at a 12 to 1 ratio.

Mystic
Potent Medium now has a 10 to 1 conversion ratio.
Enhanced Concentration now lasts for 20 seconds and expires after two spells have been cast. Umbral Barrier does not count toward the trigger limit.
Spiritblade's damage has been slightly reduced.
Full Moon no longer increases Attack Speed and Damage Per Second. It instead increases Crit Bonus by 15%.
Spirits of Midnight is now a 25% chance per rank.
