Personal notes

Hi

First I want to says thanks for all the great UI stuff people are making, there is no doubt that it makes EQ2 a much better game

I have a request, I have searched but can’t find other requests for this.

I would really like a personal note window in game. A kind of notebook. Like the Q book.

A book I could open. And then write personal stuff like ex. XXX in SQ is selling shields at 5 silver.

Just text lines I could make myself.

Is that possible

savesettings=true might work with this, saw it in the MainHUD.Instruction

heh, would you really want to trust this ui with saving your important notes? imagine them wiping as often as chat settings/colors go.
savesettings is prolly talking about windows settings.

open notepad.exe with the run option in start menu, open eq2, hit alt tab

maybe do your own chat channel and just enter your notes as chat with no one else there... scroll up to see anything you wrote down earlier. You would have to /log it all that way if you /quit before you start again you can copy and paste it into the chat again when you log back in...

Think that works but it is an alt to alt+tabbing
