Can't find the Spell Cast bar

Some how I've lost my Spell Casting progress bar, you know the one that pops up and has the casting time and name of the spell being cast. Well looks like it's taken a hiatus, and nothing I do will bring it back. I've tried to reset my UI etc, hit all kind of ALT combinations but nothing brings it up. I'm hoping one of you mod gurus might be able to tell me where to look for the setting, or how to bring it back up.
