Auto-stack

Hi folks,

Is the ui framework robust enough to allow a modder to create an auto-stack function? Something where, maybe, all the like items in ones inventory could be automatically aggregated into the smallest number of stacks? Making deposits after hours of harvesting can be absolutely nightmarish. Maybe, if the limitations of the mod framework prevent physically moving items, a single gigantic grid could be created (like an aggregate bag) with all the icons appropriately sorted? Then, at least, you could easily see where things go.
