Fetish Nightfall Full Release

Most everything works, except my trade window.
I can't seem to open up a trade window with anyone.
If someone opens a window with me, then I can trade just fine.

Any advice?

I've been a dedicated user of Nightfall with never a complaint. Zonx, you are the wind beneath my wings.

What I always do when ever there is a patch that borks Nightfall, I just check to see what UI files were changed in the update, delete the updated UI files, and then repatch so the default files get loaded.

I then wait patiently for Zonx to implement a fix then install the new version of Nightfall.

First of course - this UI is amazing.
The WHO button on track window doesnt seem to work.
Am I doing something wrong ie do I have to set it to go to a certain chat window?

6.6.. upon trying to enter an arena EQ2 crashes.

Afterwards I have to completely /camp as when I try to enter an Arena I'm told it appears i'm already in one.

Anyway you can repair the command center the nightvision part is great for dungeons and the yell command also without it how do you pull up the infocenter please?

I hate to be a pest but I have one more question.

My stats bar (lists stats, resists, status, etc) has accidentally gotten closed, and I tend to really rely on that bar, but I don't know how to get it open again. Could someone give me a clue?

Just so glad you got the Command Center repaired, Zonx. THANK YOU!

I didn't realize how much I had come to depend on it, until it was gone.

I did notice one thing, however. Most of my regular windows are at 50% opacity, and the Command Center won't let me open the windows option screen to alter the opacity, or to lock the position of the window.

Thought you would like to know, for your future tweaks file.

I use piece of your UI often, not all of it though
with the last change the mainhud_inspectplayer window as changed,
before installing your new realesed one i can not open the old one but with the new one only a black window open.I can move my mouse over it and see all the tool tip for all the item and stats but no graphic
ANy idea what else I need to change to make this work?

Known Inventory bug - Krull brought to my attention that SOE renumbered the slash commands for inventory slot activation. I will likely need to update the "U" buttons on the inventory slots.

Command Center - Note this is a 3rd party addon. Isues with the CC addon should be directed to Krull.

Avar, the Who button in the tracking window is experimental and was never intended to be in the released version. ATM there is no known way to extract data from the list object used in the tracking window, so the who button doesn't work.

Ossot, try trashing eq2ui_arenachampions_arenamatch.xml from your Fetish directory. I did update this file with the latest tweaks from SOE but didn't get a chance to test it. I may have missed something vital.

Ambrosia, Persona bar can be reopened either by clicking the "P" button in the title bar of the standard Persona Window or by toggeling the Clock window (Alt + C).

Inablink, Make sure all the usual Fetish images were installed to the Fetish/images directory and that the _FetishStyles.xml file is in the Fetish directory. The ZIP file should list all the appropriate directories. Occassionally they don't extract properly.

You might have already noticed but some changes for use_equipped_item numbers.

activate1 (charm)
use_equipped='20'

activate2 (charm)
use_equipped='21'

food (changed from 20, now 22)
use_equipped='22'

drink (changed from 21, now 23)
use_equipped='23'

Here is example in attached file. (thought food and drink slot location swapped with food drink for my usage)

I just wonder if there is way to make zoom button to act like :

Expand Inventory (Zoom + Expanded) <-> Shrink + Coppased Inventory (Shrink + Collapsed)

rather than

Expand Inventory <-> Collapse Inventory <-> Shrink + Inventory

and make "fetish dock" window for shrink inventory accordingly?

About Inventory :

As stated in the FetishNightFall.doc Inventory shrink notes :

Inventory
Shrink by Default: Open the inventory file eq2ui_inventory_inventory.xml in Notepad. The 8th line of code reads:
" PackLocation="
Replace with the following code (all one line):
Shrink.Checked=true Shrink.Activated=true" OnHide="Shrink.Checked=false Shrink.Activated=false" PackLocation="
Save and Exit.

This doesn't work anymore cause I can't find the quoted 8th line.
Every occurence I found for pack location looks like :

" PackLocation="FFF,FFF" PackLocationProp="000... etc.

I tried to mod one of those but doesn't work, any clue someone ?

Leks: Only the line number has changed.

Look at line 56. It starts out exactly as you have shown in your article. Insert the new text BEFORE the first ".

Or, if it makes more sence, replace " PackLocation=" with the new text. It all depends on whether you are thinking of "instert new text" or "replace existing text".

Here is what I did:

BEFORE:
" PackLocation="FFF,FFF" PackLocationProp="0000/0001,0000/0001" .....

AFTER:
Shrink.Checked=true Shrink.Activated=true Collapse.Checked=true Collapse

The 'Hide' button on the Journal page does not work. It does not seem to do anything.

This is a SOE problem, not Fetish, since it happens using the default UI as well as the Fetish UI.

The vendor window no longer allows you to buy stacks, or quantities, there's only a BUY button now. Took me 20 minutes to buy 10 stacks of arrows - *click* *click* *click* ad infinitum

I tried using one of the diviner's training tomes, which starts a timed quest, and the quest helper timer only shows "Time" the entire time...doesn't actually have a dynamic timer like the default UI did.

If you mouseover the Buy button, it should tell you what button to hold for quantity, and for stack. It's hold shift and click the buy button for one, and hold control and click the buy button for the other, but I can't remember which does what.

Could some one tell me how to make my power and health desplay properly... with both thur and fetish they keep overlaping...but it dosnt overlap in defult Im sad
