Just wanted to stop by and say how excited I am about the upcoming EQII game and interfaces. I just hope the coding is similar to that of EQLive and not that terrible WoW coding

Hi Drakah, good to see you here. Yes I too hope the interface system works similar to EQ but just adds more types/functions and abilitys to it.

my Drow senses tell me that the UI will have a close relation to JavaScript, it's just a sense though, from viewing the UI in action. alot of stuff it does cannot be done by XML 1.0 2.0 or XAML 1.0, as far as I know anyhow

The UI will be customizable via XML just like EQ's, but due to the fact that our windows won't be the same I don't know how easily existing custom UIs could be adapted.

Hey, glad to see ya still around (I quit EQ last year). Used a couple of your UI schemes for my Shammie (and a couple other hybrids). Anyways, glad to see you here and here is hoping the UI coding isn't too big of a pain.

I am hoping its laid out a little easier, well I hoping its easier to get into the coding from a noobie PoV. I am not huge on creating XML, but I love graphics and layouts, so I hope its easier for us non XML experts to get into the code better.

Hey guys,

I am just starting out with this whole post things but I will be playing Eq 2 when it comes out. I cannot wait, it looks like the best game out there so far ( or at least to me). I will try and keep the posts up on how I like the game and send pictures and such so those people who arn't playing can see what they have been missing and join in the fun with us

So on November 9th I suppose the big inputs will start, goodluck to those people who get the game and start.

Just wanted to say Hi. I have been using EQInterface for a long time and am looking forward to EQ2 with so much pent up excitement I barely can contain myself. Looking forward to trying my hand at some mods to the Ui once I feel more comfortable with XML.

Hello everyone, i've used EQ interfaces, now its time to start finding the great interfaces and dedicated workers on EQ 2, looking to make some friends, and possibly some hunting buddys if anyone plays Antonia bayle yes? no guess not jk, if anyone does play AB i am Kolee a 20th swashbuckler of antonica yar . alright thats all i have to say wial im waiting for these darned servers to come back up .

I hope its better, and I really hope the level of ui mods increases a lot.

I had a ton of ideas that just didnt seem to want to work with EQL's ui, and I hope they will work with EQ2's

I honestly can't wait to see what develops in EQ2 as far as UI goes. I honestly think the better than default gives the game much more flavor.
