Live update number 8

Live update number eight has now been pushed to the live servers after its short stop on the test server. This update brings many small tweaks to alot of interface windows but one major update to the guild window.

If you have a custom guild window in your interface you will want to delete the file eq2ui_mainhud_guild.xml until the author of your custom interface updates their guild window. I want every one to be patient and calmly wait for updates.
