Default Euro Fonts

Euro Font display can be fixed by replacing FontArial14T.xml with a copy of Font_Euro_Arial14.xml. Open that copy and change
Name="Arial"
to
Name="FontArial14T"

This however will not fix the Find It function. For some reason text passed by the Find It script to the Market window gets messed up even with the above fix in place.

Sorry, not possible to see other player's pet health.

I have noticed with live update 9 today that the frame lines for the zoning screen are there even after zoning, horizontal, dividing the screen into 3rds. Any ideas on this?

Thanks,
Beasley

Default bars across screen after update

OK, after the update, what looks to be the trim for the letterbox is misplaced, I have included a pic....

Any help would be great, not sure if this is a UI problem or not.....

Default Emergency Patch!

Posting this to resolve the bugged Letterbox frame introduced with todays patch. This is an emergency patch and does not address all SOE#9 changes. A 4.1 update will be posted ASAP with all the latest changes.

Also included in this patch:

- Euro and Japan fonts that I hope will resolve the display bug for those version. Please confirm since I can't test this myself.

- _FetishStyles.xml with Euro and Japan fonts included.

- Tweaked bag files that should make them less pron to shifting.

- Tweaked Clock and Compass files.

- Tweaked guild window that should resolve the scroll bug and makes the Notify checkbox clickable.

Guys, you need to read previous posts rather than just logging in and explaining your problem. Zonx uploaded a patch soon after the SOE update that fixes that problem. Yes, reading threads is a good thing

Hey Zonx! I just had an idea. Not sure if you'll like this or not... or maybe you can create an 'alt' version of the window for me or others that might like it, but I was curious if you could have each section of the Guild Window include the top portion that's in the 'Main' tab. Having the Guild MOTD and Member Numbers in each section would prove useful and would help for those larger guilds that change the MOTD often. This way, no matter what tab the member is on, they'll see it.

Our guild is 130+ members, after removing any characters inactive for more than 30days, and sometimes 'getting the word out' isn't always easy.

We use a very nice web site, www.keepersoftwilight.com, but even that doesn't always ensure solid communications. Was thinking maybe this adjustment could help in that aspect a little. :-) Whatcha think? (If you did this, the 'Main' Tab could just be renamed to 'Events' or something.

Oh, also, I keep forgetting to mention it, not sure if anyone else has noticed. On the Edit MOTD window that pops up, the text 'Enter the new Message of the Day' is inside the text entry area, instead of above it where it used to be.

Keep up the amazing work Zonx! Since either your last update or Sony's... somehow my Bank Bags/Boxes, House Vaults and Chat Boxes are fixed! Whoot for all the UI Modders and SoE!!!

Since LU 12, my target window is very small and won't save my resize when I log out. Haven't tried implied target window .
Thanks,
Feebb

Target and Implied Target resizing to the small default size is a new bug introduced with LU12. I hope to resolve this soon. Untill then the windows should be resizable and seam to only snap back to the default size on log out and if you change con stystems.

Crashes and issues with the skill window are likely a result of an outdated eq2ui.xml. The version suplied with Fetish mods numbered 4.3 is current. It should be identicle to the default eq2ui.xml with the following lines added just below the skininfo line...

<include>_FetishStyles.xml</include>
<include>_FetishStyleSamples.xml</include>

(The second include actually isn't required)

Any chance of getting the Station Exchange window (the right-click option off the mailbox) working with Classic? I tried some basic stuff that didn't work, so I'm thinking it's a style issue.

Thanks if you get a chance to look at it.

Rommie, I haven't touched the Station Exchanged stuff so if your eq2ui.xml is up-to-date it should work. Should look like the default since it hasn't been reskinned.

Problem with the _fetishstyles.xml and scrolling. Explanation posted Here along with what was done to fix it. If you already have a fix for this somewhere sorry for wasting your time. I just noticed it was still messed up in 4.3 and figure'd I would post what I found since there are several other UI's that are based off Fetish.

zacklong, what exactly do you mean by "a true complete set"? FetishClassic and FetishNightfall reskin and enhance every functional window of the UI and add a slew of enhancements. These sets are so complete, several other mods on this site use Fetish as the foundation for their sets.

Constant changes from SOE and the enherent limitations of the XML make it unlikely any set will remain bug free for long. Heck, the default UI isn't event bug free.

Just an FYI, cause I had this problem. If you install EQ2 to a non-standard directory it will sometimes still look for eq2.ini in C:\Sony\Everquest II\

So put on in both your directory and in a C:\ directory because it decides which one to read based on the patch. It worked fine until patch 11 and then started looking for it where it never was after that.

great mod though man.

Default My Map Bug? MY Failure?

Hello.

It apologizes to the start for my broken English.I play EQ2:Japanese Edition in Sebilis server.

Recently,I installed your UI,Fetish Classic.I like it very much but trouble in map.So dungeons' maps are black. And minimap are not correctly displayed.Maps are just shown icons.
Main maps of TS,NEK,Antonica and Commonland is correctly, but minmaps are not. They are only Black.
Cities and Villagees maps is ok.Both main and mini maps are correctly shown.

Because the map is not correct, it embarrasses it.

It installed it as shown in read.me. EQ2mapUPDATER,of course.
