Opening Quest Journal close Quest Helper

Something weird is happening. I installed a quest journal mod a while ago when playing my main. I recently created an alt and when ever I open the alt's quest journal, the quest helper disappears. Anyone know if these windows are tied in some way and how such a strange bug might occur?

The quest journal and the quest journal hud box are two separate files. Not sure why the quest journal hud box would be closing on its own...

And it now only happens on my new alt. The main is still just fine.

I would think it would be more of a problem with your characters ini file. Maybe if you delete or rename(for backup) your alts ini file it will fix it. You will need re-arrange your window placements again for your alt.
