I really should FAQ this
1) If you already have a custom UI directory, skip this step.
If you don't already have a custom UI directory, follow the site wide FAQ instructions for creating a custom UI directory and eq2.ini file that points to it.
2) If you have a cusomt UI directory that contains eq2ui.xml, skip this step.
Copy eq2ui.xml from the default directory to your custom UI directory.
3) Add an include to your custom eq2ui.xml for _FetishStyles.xml.
4) Extract the following files to Everquest II/UI/YOURCUSTOMUI directory...
_FetishStyles.xml
_Fetish_market_favorites1.xml
_Fetish_market_favorites2.xml
_Fetish_market_favorites3.xml
_Fetish_market_scriptor.xml
5) Extract the following files to Everquest II/UI/YOURCUSTOMUI/images
fetish_background.dds
fetish_foreground1.dds
fetish_foreground2.dds
fetish_widgets1.dds
fetish_widgets2.dds
Pretty sure that's everything you'll need. The window will appear with the standard Fetish styling. If you want the default look, you'll have to edit the various window elements in Notepad or UIBuilder to use the default styles and tweak their positions/sizes. If you use UIBuilder, be sure to re-extract the _Fetish_market_scriptor.xml (UIBuilder can mess that up).
You may also want to use the Fetish Examine windows, which allow broker searching from examine title clicks.
