DrumsUI not found in game

I just got a new computer and have the game downloaded & up and running.

I am trying to put DrumsUI on, for I very much enjoyed using this UI. But I am having issues DrumsUI is not being recognized at all in game. I've checked and doubled check and the files are in the correct directories. I do not know what else to do.

I am manually trying to install, because I had a issue with the updater & Java(a whole other issue.)

What ... well I dont' have a clue what else to check.
Thanks for any ideas or suggestions.
