Editing Profit UI Quick raid button text file for Coercer's mana flow

Can someone please show me the correct way to edit the Profit UI quick raid button text file for the Coercer's mana flow to send a tell to the person I am putting it on and send a tell in raid who I casted it on? Here is the text file........
