EQ2MAP updater error.

Hi,

I've checked the forums but can't find an answer to this problem.

When I try to run EQ2MAP Updater I get the following message. "EQ2MAP Updater has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience." I have uninstalled and reinstalled etc etc but still get the same result.

Any ideas please?
