Night Vision Button

An old Start Button I had when I was in game months ago had a switch to brighten the screen, night vision of sorts... in places like the caves I really liked this. I am an avid custom UI user, but no creator, can someone even just make one small switch/button JUST to do that so I can put it in the corner somewhere? Greatly appreciated, thanx

EDIT: Yes, it was Himay's Button, but I can't get it to work in this latest update... I just need my night vision back
