Group window click to cure/cast intermittent

When I zone into an instance or to battlegrounds my click to cures and ability cast buttons give the error "This ability no longer available". They will begin working if I alt-enter to windowed or visa versa. This is happening almost every time I zone and it's getting old. Anyone have a fix? I've deleted my Profit UI and reloaded it and it still does the same thing. HELP!!! Please!
