HDTV help

Hello there, I just bought a 40" HDTV so I could enjoy some EQ from the recliner... ohhyah. Anyway, I'm having trouble seeing everything so I was wondering if theres a UI out there made for this situation. Ive enlarged the font of the chat window and made the hotbars bigger but all the windows are still in that 12pt font and when I type, its inputted in 12pt font so I cant see what Im typing. A minimalist, large display UI is what Im needing.
