No POI's on Map

I am having a problem with my EQ2 Map.... there are no POI's showing up as well as group members.

I am running windows 7 and yes, I did make all the necessary changes to make it administrator (what a pain that is!). I am also using Profit UI.

Before I installed a separate UI the map was working just fine showing all POI's and group members. I don't understand why it won't now just because of the UI change. Yes, I did make sure that EQ2 Map has the correct UI showing being used.

Please help, using EQ2Map is extremely beneficial to me and I NEED it!
