[REQUEST] A Script to Stop Rays

Hello,

I am wondering if anyone knows if there is a script that will stop rays from casting for mages. The wizards loves to cast rays and no matter how many times I ask or tell him to stop he won't. So I am looking for a script that will automatically interrupt the casting or it, if its possible.

Any and all help associated will be greatly appreciated.
