Voice chat window bugged?

This has been happening to me ever since EQ2 implemented voice chat. A lot of times it doesn't show anybody in voice chat with me, even though there's a lot. I can hear people talk and I can talk back, but it only shows me in channel and nobody else.

I've talked to numerous other people who use the default UI, and they report never having this issue, so I'm assuming it's a profit UI issue.

Has anybody experienced this, and can anybody tell me a possible fix? Thanks.
