inspect window options

I know, I know, I should stop messing with the windows...
I was playing around with the inspect window the other day (just bored I suppose). I switched the window options from frame and title bar to none to see what the difference was. Well anyway, the close button (the X in the upper right hand corner) is now gone and I cant figure out how to get back to the window options to turn it back on again.

Search is not my friend today I get a bunch of hits on "inspect window" but nothing within the last 12 months about this silly problem of mine
