Issues with crafting window

[Kuragari]

I'm not sure if it's due to a recent update to the game, but now when I go to craft something after selecting the item to craft the game loads a buggy mix of the previous window and the window for crafting.
Hoping even though gm9 quit someone's still around to at least get this fixed, thanks.
