Click to Cure from Group Window and Macro's

Hello All!

Just have a question about the Click to Cure feature of the Group Window...

I'd like to have a macro spam group and raid whenever I pop off a cure, but when I use the click to cure feature of the group window, it doesn't recognize the macro that I've set up for the "Cure" spell. Is there a way I can edit this feature and attack a /g or /r message to it, because clicking on the group window is much more efficient than targeting someone directly and then finding my actual macro.
