EQ2 MAP issue loading

I have just downloaded the latest version of the updater. When I try to unzip it, I get a WinZip error that states
"cannot open file:it does not appear to be a valid archive.
If you downloaded this file, try downloading the file again."

I have downloaded the file several tiimes and still, it does not work. I have Micorcosft .NET Framework 1.1, 2.0 SP2, 3.0 SP2 and 3.5 SP1 installed. Any help will be greatly appreciated. Awesome map that I truly miss. Thanks
