How do I move windows?

I am using Fetish Nightfall (newest version as of 11/20/08). Some of my windows I can't move or resize. I unlock them, and try to move them and my whole screen moves, but the windows don't.

I am a complete newb at this...so would appreciate any help. Thank you.
