Error Updating

This is my error, I looked through the last few months of threads, and was unable to find any with this problem (sorry if I missed it)

Error Opening Database File: mscorlib

at System.IO.Directory.CreateDirectory(String path, DirectorySecurity directorySecurity)
at EQ2MAPUpdater.MainWindow.DownloadUpdates()Access to the path 'C:\Program Files (x86)\EQ2MAP Updater\cache\' is denied.

I've disabled my fire wall, antivirus.. and tried reinstalling auto maps, and frames a few times with freash boots. I feel like I'm not doing a stupidly simple step, but just not sure what it is.

Any help would indeed be helpfull!
