Tradeskill XP Percentage Stuck

I noticed yesterday, while crafting that my XP hit 85.4% and after crafting 30 first time created items it still says 85.4%. I haven't gained any additional XP or leveled up. From the threads I've read this might be an SOE problem but am not sure. Could you please help me with this problem. BTW I LUV this UI!
