Everfrost map problem

It seems that with the release of the updated Everfrost, many landmarks are no longer where they should be as compared to the /loc...

For example, the island/docks you zone into are well out of position for where the NPCs on it are found.

Is there a way to fix this? I did redownload all files, also tried deleting everfrost related files and repatching.. yet I still have this messed up map.
