Bank Bags Issue

I don't know if this is working as intended or something new since LU#45 as I just started using Profit UI and love it with one problem...

When I set the window settings for bags in the bank to show the frame it cuts off the bottom half of the last row of slots on the bottom of the bag so only half the slot is showing...Is there a work around as I label my bank boxes and bags cause I am old and forget what I want in them?

PS - Is there a way to make the icons for maintained effects smaller in order to be able to show more maintained effects? I play a dirge and went over the limit of the window as I wasn't seeing some of my buffs and debuffs?
