Login Data window scroll list

Just noticed this today after patching Profit.

When you load into everquest2.exe and you get to the login screen (with character names to the right if you've added them via login_data.txt) that there is no longer a scroll bar.

You can still mouse wheel, and probably use arrow keys, but any reason why this was taken out? Was it intentional? I have 3 accounts, and a large amount of alts so it was easier to just click the bottom of the scroll bar and be at the bottom of the list.

Edit: After checking patcher, I think the file I am referring to is loginscene.xml
