Exp Numbers

I apologize if this has been asked before but I recently came back to EQ2 and downloaded Profit. Everything is working fine..except for my Exp %. All I have are 2 white boxes where the numbers should be. I'm sure there is a fix for this..but I can't seem to find it. Any suggestions?
