Colour change possible?

Hello,

I’m Joe from Germany.

I have a problem to distinguish the colour red from green. Sometimes I don’t see whether the mobs are aggro, because there is no red surrounded name visible for me.

Is it possible to change red to yellow? In the Standard-UI I found nothing to make these changes, is it possible in the Profit-UI?
