my #3 hotkey on templar doesnt work, point me in direction to fix please

my #3 hotkey just on my Templar does not work, point me in direction to fix please.

Basically it seems to me the wrong spell names were entered and I am looking for a way to fix this... please point me to the right direction if someone else has already posted on it.
