[Question] Chat window without tabs

Don't shoot me if this has been asked before, could not find it in thread.

I have a chat window with only one tab (no visible tabs showing).

The scroll up button is covered with the [X] close window button. Is there a way to config the chat window so I can click the scroll up button without the close window [X] covering it?
