Health bar question

First of all. I love your UI.. best out there.. Used it 2 years ago and after I took a break, this was the very first thing i installed 2 years later.

O.k. not sure if this is possible or not.. But with the health bar, I know its attached to the top persona bar, is it possible to make the health/power bars detatchabe to move them. I got a larger monitor then i had before and notice that I forget to look up there and BAM!! i'm dead... .. Other then that I love your UI. keep up the good work.
