Modding connectionstats window

Not being savvy at modding - at all - is anyone working on or could give some pointers to change the connectionstats window?

What I had in mind is something like this:

44
999

With 44 being the FPS
and 999 being the ping

I have no need to see the bps or packet loss, nor the graph. Any help appreciated!!
