Profit UI reborn updater connection issue

Well, as topic says I have a problem using Profit updater because it doesn't see my internet connection. Yes, I've read your F.A.Q and tried adding that line in 'hosts' file, which didnt help at all. Also I dont use any firewalls and I dont have problems running any programs/games on my computer which require internet connection, except for Profit UI Updater. Are there any tricks to make it work? Because it worked for me before I reinstalled windows and it's weird that now it doesnt.
