Dirge Raid window.

Willing to paypal someone a few bucks if they could make the following raid window mod.

1) List the name, power,health of each group member (duh) No level needed really unless you can make it look decent and not standout too much.
2) Resizable to long format or vertical format
3) Click buttons for the following:
a) Gravitas, it needs to send a tell to the user with text. (No change target, useabilityon)
b) Dirge Heal, it needs to tell the group that I am healing X person. (No change target, useabilityon)
c) Single target res, it needs to tell the raid and the group I am ressing X person. (No change target, useabilityon)
d) Group res, it needs to tell the raid and the group I am resing X person. (No change target, useabilityon)
4) Use current icons for spells (Not a biggy since I can change this)
5) Able to be transparent or dark background. No colored backgrounds.
