updater ignore problem

First I read the other threads but i think im still doing something wrong.

My husband has right slim maintained and horizontal group window however whenever we run the profit ui updater it switches back to default.

Now heres my question do i ignore the default for update? Or do i ignore mods?

For now every time he runs the updater he has to drop two files back in.

So either im simply reading it wrong or im doing it wrong.
