Detrimental effects window (update #39)

Since update #39 I get this error message ingame when I log in and when I zone:
"the detrimental effects window cannot be shown until you update your ui" - or words to that effect
I'm running EQ2 map - the latest version updater - and POIfinder - no other mods or UIs. Everything else works fine
I'm assuming this is EQ2 map related, but having searched the forum no-one else seems to be having this problem. Also guildies who use EQ2 map and POIfinder don't have this problem. Is it just me?
