Not showing posion and maintained spells on some toons

On 2 of my 5 toons it will only show the posion, maintained spells, crafting counters timers when i log to a different toon .
It pops up as i log but wont be there when i am on that toon but on the other 3 it shows up fine.
What did i do wrong ? anybody know how i can fix this?

I have the latest version I run the updater 2 times a day currently 4.2.1
