UI resolution problem

Hi all

New to EQ2 and just loaded Profit UI. While it looks neat, I'm having a few problems:

1. I upped my screen resolution, but now I'm getting black borderlines around the edges of the screen - how can I make the game take up all of the screen?
2. What is the recommended resolution for a Radeon 9600 + 1 GB memory (Take note that I can't seem to up the resolution beyond 1280X960 if I'm not mistaken)
3. The hotbar became a line and a half instead one line long - Can I move the little squares that make up the Hotbar around?

Any other pointers will be welcomed
