Level showing on NPCs and Characters

I've had a look around these forums for this question but I can't find it but its probably been asked before.

How do you get it so that the game shows the level of your target and other NPCs like it does in the original UI.

For example, when I target something that is ^^^ heroic, it only shows the three arrows - it doesn't say what level they are above their heads.

Is there anyway to have it show their level as well?
