No Frame and Title Bar?!

I recently reformatted my computer and reinstalled/DL EQ2 and EQ2map. For some strange reason I can't comprehend my map window does not have (nor has any option for in Window Settings) a frame and/or title bar. It is the only window that has this problem, all others have full options. I don't know if its a corruption with EQ2 or the map UI. Anyone have this prob before or can offer a suggestion? Thanks in advance for the help.
