Private chat Filter Add on

I would like to have the Ability to choose at what level a character can send me /tell .

Like a check that boxes that has all ready set up the exciting filters

Can anyone here add this to the Chat filter system?

Its time we had the option,… so we can filter out the Coin spammers who are low level. And a filter like time on the in game mail would be great too.
And as a bonus put an auto reply back text box to anyone that is being filtered.
