Test Server Changes

The Estate of Unrest found its way to the test server if you have a high enough level character on Test for the zone check it out and let us know how you like it!

Along with that update came some super secret interface changes not mentioned anywhere. Thanks to Othesus for noticing that a bag resizing option has been added. I have posted a test server compare to show the rest of the changes.
