UI bug going around?

ok I looked and no one had anything on this... tried the eq2 forum and they told me to come here...

loaded up eq2 yesterday at 5am and my ui was fine... came back around noon and it was reset back to the default eq2 one... I tried re-installing it and checked my eq2.ini file and it points to the right file... any ideas on how to fix it?
(runnin a mix of parts... mostly mother's)
