Non-Ranged Combat arts Miss 100% of the time.

Hey Guys,
I know it is not a UI question, but I thought you might be able to help.
I have petitioned the issue, and so far the only response that I’ve had was that it was getting escalated to a senior GM.

I’m a level 43 Fae Ranger on the lucan d server.
About 3 or 4 days ago, I noticed I was having significantly more trouble killing mobs, taking 3 times as long, for green con mobs etc.
After some evaluation I discovered the trouble was that ALL my non-ranged combat arts Miss every time.
The only way I can damage ANY mob is Auto-attack melee , or ranged combat arts/bow spells.

Has anyone else run into this trouble? Any ideas?
I sucks because I don’t have any alts, this is my only character I play, I don’t have time for alts, and as far as I can tell nobody else is having this trouble.

I have attached alog of a fight between me lvl 43 and a coyotoe lvl 35 Green Con mob. All my gear is white.
STR - 127
AGI - 201
STA - 110
INT - 85
WIS - 56

I've tried various potions to try and up my INT and Wis thinking that may have been the trouble, but it had no affect.
